This website sells nothing and takes no payments. There is no cart, no payment gateway and no checkout anywhere on it.
If a page or a message asks you to pay YSHJ & Co. LLP through this website, it did not come from us.
2. How fees are agreed
Fees are agreed in writing, in the engagement letter for each piece of work, and they are paid the way that letter says. Normally that means a bank transfer or a cheque against our invoice, as the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India require.
Unless a letter says otherwise, a fee is quoted without Goods and Services Tax.
3. Refunds
Because the engagement letter governs the fee, it also governs the refund, and refunds are made only as that letter provides.
As a rule, we do not refund fees for work we have already done. If you have paid in advance for work we have not started and either of us ends the engagement, we return the part we have not earned, after accounting for what we have already spent, within thirty days.
4. Ask us about a fee
For anything to do with fees, invoices or refunds, speak to the partner handling your work, or write to either partner at the email addresses on the Contact page.
We do not discuss fees through this website.
5. Guarding against fraud
We never ask for money through a link, a QR code or a payment request from a number or an address you do not already know to be ours.
Before you pay us anything, check the bank details with a partner directly, using the email address published on this website or in person at our office.
